Kaitlyn Ann Vincie

Kaitlyn Vincie was born the 10th of December, 1987. She is an American journalist. She is a reporter at Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates show NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie's interest in stock car racing began after she was granted a pit lane pass, and , after graduating from Christopher Newport University, she worked as a reporter for Langley Speedway. After SceneDaily published her self-made blogs on NASCAR and she was able to draw attention. Vincie was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia on December 10 the 10th of December, 1987. Her family relocated to Warrenton after Vincie entered high school. Vincie is the granddaughter and daughter of John Vincie and Margaret Vincie. Vincie's maternal grandmother, Eleanor N. Logan was a teacher in the fifth grade and her grandfather was a professor of Bridgewater College. From a young age, she displayed an interest in journalism. Vincie graduated from Fauquier High School in 2006. Vincie participated in track and field competitions and was a manager for the school's wrestling team for four seasons. Vincie won in the 800-meter race of the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had the pleasure of meeting Al Pearce, a journalist who mentored and shared with Vincie plenty of tips. In 2010, she graduated from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor's degree in communication. Vincie worked as an intern in the athletics department of the university and was also employed for the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. She wrote her senior dissertation on the gender gap in auto racing that focused on female race car driver Danica Patrick, and became interested in the sport once she got a pit-lane ticket for the NASCAR All-Star Race. Her main influences are Wendy Venturini and Krista Voda.
